It didn't work. I told my parents what happened and I asked them to send for help and the only response I got was:
"Glad you're having a good time, Sweetie!"

Like I had written something totally different.

Same...I was just getting in touch with clients, mostly, but I asked 'em to look up stuff and start getting in touch with the cops.

Got replies like I told 'em I'd be unable to do their commissions awhile longer. So it ain't just limited to family and friends.

But anything that makes it seem like we're on a normal vacation goes through.

Fun selfies and posts go up on social media just fine. How is that possible?

I figure we get to find that out in the same period we learn how the heck someone put a haunted subway on a cruise ship, or what's up with the freaky windows.

It sounds like people are finding stuff all over, so maybe it'll all come together at some point. Seems like someone wants us to, maybe more than one someone. Showmaster does, at least.
