And—nah, I’m not super good at reading people or anything. It’s just that with the amnesia I actually just don’t know a lotta stuff about other Families, so I ended up asking questions about that sorta thing when it came up, is all. People’ve been nice enough to answer honestly.

I dunno if it’s close-close, but Forge and Arias have been pretty friendly here on the ship…? Before that I’d just ran into Jem once or twice at the cat cafe, we didn’t really know each other or anything.

Yeah. I thought it was mainly because of Gray and Ore, but Jewel's also close with other Alchemists, right? And Graey with Jem and him, too...

Give yourselves more credit. Not all Families are as comfy.

They still took a chance on mostly strangers, you know? Forge would still mostly be keeping to our workshop otherwise. Most of us ain’t actually that comfy around a lot of people.
